Texas college is currently ranked first in the country for volleyball. Their record is 13-0. The most recent game they played was on Wednesday, the 12th, playing Kansas. Texas has a very strong libero, Zoe Fleck, she is the libero of the year. The senior setter Saige Ka’ aha’ aina-Torres ended the game on Wednesday against Kansas with twenty nine assists. This year Texas has eleven new players. Zoe Fleck quotes that “I’m just part of this incredible team and incredible coaching staff and I’m so grateful every single day to be around a special group of people.” The Texas volleyball team is doing amazing this year and it is one of their best seasons. Their coach Eggleston quotes “This year has been amazing for us. They are all phenomenal players and people, and even greater teamates.” Eggleston also said how all the girls motivated one another and pushed them to all do their best. The Texas team is very excited with their wins and keeping it up to win nationals.This is Texas’s current 2022 roster. This is the record as of 10-14-22.
