As you know, Pottsgrove High School’s play for the 2025-2026 school year will be no other than “Mamma Mia!;” a Broadway classic. Here are some things you may want to know about Mamma Mia! before going out to watch PGHS’ depiction!
Mamma Mia!–written by British playwright Catherine Johnson–is a jukebox musical; admired by Broadway fans for its feel-good atmosphere, use of the popular pop band ABBA, and its comedic, yet engaging story about a young woman named Sophie who is in search of her real father. Mamma Mia! has been running shows on Broadway for over fourteen years, and still running shows to this day!
