We at “The Falcon” would like to applaud the Special Olympics Team’s achievements and are proud to see Pottsgrove students continue to participate in this event. Here is a brief summary provided by Mrs. Destefano with some pictures.
“The Montgomery County Special Olympics was held on Wednesday, May 1st at Spring Ford High School. Pottsgrove athletes had an amazing day of competition. Athletes were able to choose up to 3 events. We had numerous athletes running, jumping and throwing. Everyone came back to PGHS with ribbons showing the placement they were awarded in each of their individual races.”
