Would you like to see the real life depiction of the Mexican artist Frida Kahlo in a soon to come TV Series? Well, that’s what Miami-based BTF Media and Frida Kahlo’s estate are planning to do with this upcoming scripted TV series. According to the grandniece of Frida Kahlo, Cristina Kahlo, “the series seeks to portray Frida as she has never been seen before. The goal is to present a unique perspective based on what her family knows about her and show how she really lived her life.” Although many other films and documentaries have been made regarding Frida, this series seems to take an inside look into her real life and her struggles as a Mexican, woman, and artist. It will be heavily influenced by the way her family perceived her and how they knew of her personality. They will introduce topics that no one else has known about her, for fans wanting to take a closer look at the internationally famous artist. So far, no more news has been brought to the media’s attention about Frida’s new series.
