The end of the school year is here, whether you like it or not. Everyone is excited to finally be out for the summer, but the end of the year is also stressful. There are a lot of events and things that happen to wrap up the year, all taking place within a month. It’s a lot to deal with in a short amount of time.
Don’t try to rush it, though, as much as you may want to. If you rush through it, you may end up losing more time than you think. The stress can build up fast and could lead to a crash in your productivity. Take your time and do what is healthiest for you while being productive.
There are a lot of tests that come with the end of the year, APs, Keystones, and Finals. Not all of them apply to everyone in this school, but all three are stress points for a lot of students. They are all very important, yes, but try not to stress yourself out too much about them. Trust yourself and your gut if your knowledge fails you.
Make sure to take care of yourself as the end of the year approaches, because not taking care of yourself won’t make it any better. You want to enter the summer feeling your best about the year that has passed, ready to enjoy your summer.
That all being said, also try and make the best of it. There is no reason to cut out on the fun just because of the stress of the end of the year, in moderation, of course. The end of the year is here, and how you live it can either make it or break it, so try your best to make it.
