Graduate of Moravian, Villanova, and Gwynedd, education has been an important aspect for Jennifer Dolga. However, this wasn’t her first choice of career, with her first career choice being in the communications field at Verizon following her graduation from Maravoin. Here, she learned skills revolving around people and how to interact with others. Despite this interaction with others, Mrs.Dolga felt something was missing, feeling unfulfilled in her career.
It was from here that the desire for something more was sparked within Mrs.Dolga. She would then back to school, getting her master’s at Villanova and Gwynedd, which only fueled her desire even further. While she didn’t hate her job before, the paycheck couldn’t quite satisfy her. A human aspect, outside of just talking to others, was the thing that was missing. She wished to make a difference in a way that only she could and found that in touching the lives of children at our school.
Since then, Pottsgrove has become a place that Mrs.Dolga can call home. With her having children, the family-oriented staff here make the job of teaching kids just that much more fulfilling. Her children are an important aspect of her life, with most of her time outside of school being dedicated to caring for her two boys. Mrs.Dolga has been and will continue to be a selfless pillar of kindness within the lives of all those she teaches, being the type of teacher that people look back on throughout their lives with reverence.
