Coachella is an annual music festival that spans over two weekends in Indio, California. People worldwide come to this California desert to party with celebrities and listen to their favorite artists. This year, the festival will be happening in April from the 12th-14th and the 19th-24th. Coachella 2024 appears to already be sold out, but all hope is not lost to still get a ticket!
Historically, pass prices are outrageously expensive and tend to range from $499 to $599 just for general admission. Shuttle combo passes are even higher and tend to be between $619 to $719. Finally, VIP passes are by far the most expensive coming in at the high price of $1,069 to $1,269. These prices vary on the time that they are bought and also don’t include the amount of money spent on the different vendors which will inevitably squeeze more money out of people.
Money aside, Coachella is one of the most sought-after music festivals in the country. The line-up of music artists for the 2024 festival just came out and has people buzzing excitedly. The roster includes 146 artists of all genres! Some notable artists include Lana Del Rey, Tyler the Creator, Doja Cat, Ice Spice, Sabrina Carpenter, Reneé Rapp, and No Doubt.
There are theories that Taylor Swift might make an appearance since she collaborated with Ice Spice on a remix of “Karma”- from Taylor’s album Midnights – last year, as well as a collaboration on “Snow on the Beach” with Lana Del Rey. Of course, these are just theories, but it would make sense with a break in her tour schedule.
All rumors aside, music fans across the globe are seemingly willing to sell their souls for the chance to go to this festival. The real question is, will you be there?
