Spring Break Plans

Jess Hartley

As Easter break steadily approaches, The Falcon writers would like to provide some helpful insight on how to avoid boredom during these couple days away from school. The Pottsgrove area has lots to offer- from restaurants to parks, shops and activities, and much more! Some Pottsgrove staples you may want to check out over the break include breakfast at Shorty’s Sunflower Cafe located just down the road from PGHS, and Wendy’s Flowers located just inside Boyertown. These regional scenes provide a beautiful, vibrant, spring atmosphere to witness while we celebrate the coming of the new season. Additionally, you might find yourself enjoying a stroll around the Philadelphia Premium Outlets in the newly found nice weather. A picnic at Manderach Park is also a great way to spend some of your time as you can utilize its soccer and baseball fields as well as its many paths. Since spring break is meant for relaxation and refreshment after a long stretch of school, all of these local spots would be a great way to spend your six day break!
